Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing any coaching packages.
Payment Terms
All payments are due before the start of coaching sessions. Payment can be made via bank transfer. Please include your name and package type as the payment reference.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Please ensure you are committed to the coaching process before making a purchase.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited. No-shows are counted as a used session.
Session Format
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet unless otherwise agreed. Sessions are typically 60 minutes in duration. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Confidentiality
All conversations during coaching sessions are confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
Results Disclaimer
Coaching is a collaborative process and results depend on your commitment and effort. While I will provide guidance and support, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
