What actually happens in a session?

Every session is a 1-to-1 video call with Dan, built around real situations from your working life. You bring what is in front of you, a decision, an application, a conversation you are dreading, and you leave with a plan you can act on that week.

How quickly do sessions run?

At your pace. Some people use a package over three weeks before a deadline, others spread it across a few months. Sessions are scheduled around you, including early mornings and evenings.

What happens after I pay?

You receive instant confirmation, welcome details and the link to book your first session straight away.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes. Give at least 24 hours' notice and your session can be moved. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit that session.

Why are payments non-refundable?

Your place reserves coaching time and preparation. If you are unsure, start with a free introduction or the smallest option and build from there.

What if I am between two packages?

Book a free introduction. Dan will point you at the lightest support that can get the job done, even if that means spending less.
